The difficulty point in manufacturing 1/4#18 is flattened type, it need strict control when level it .Another is for galvanized style, we need to distinguish galvanized plate or galvanized after expanded. When the material is hot dipped after galvanized, the rust resistance effect will be better than by galvanized plate, and the weight usually 10% more.
Application: With the advantages of easy installation, durable, econimical and high strength, when 1/4#18 expanded meal is carbon steel, mainly used as protective fence, shelf, equipment cover, handrail, greenhouse bench, etc; when 1/4#18 expanded metal is stainelss steel, it is mainly used for seiving.
